Doula Offerings
As a midwife and doula, I offer my professional support to you and your family during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I offer individually created doula packages that will meet your specific needs during this big time of transformation.
Evidence shows that the presence of a doula positively impacts the experience of childbirth. Both mothers and babies are statistically more likely to have better outcomes with continuous support by their side.

In my work, I aim to create a loving, respectful and empowered space for birth to happen in as an undisturbed way as possible. I offer my doula services in both hospital and home births.
During pregnancy, I support women to find their way back home, to their body and being. By being strongly present, we can experience our true power. As a doula, I guide you through different kinds of meditative practices and breathing exercises that center you, so that you can reach your potential as a creator of life.
In addition to this, I offer you valuable information and knowledge about all things related to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I do believe that access to the right information allows you to make conscious decisions, that will support your individual path towards parenthood in the best way possible.

The basic doula package includes:
- One prenatal visit (1×90 min)
- Design of birth plan according to your wishes
- Being on-call two weeks prior to your due date, until the day of birth
- My support and presence during labour, from beginning to end
- One postpartum visit (1×90 min)
For starters, we will book a free consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your wishes and how they match my services. All my packages are individually created for your unique needs. Additional sessions and visits are possible to book anytime during pregnancy or postpartum.
